• The Leadership San Benito County program kicks off in mid-September with a two-day team building retreat. The remainder of the Leadership San Benito County program is conducted through day-long sessions held once per month for 11 months.
• The monthly meetings lead the participants through a series of invigorating and insightful daylong experiences. Carefully crafted program days will offer participants exciting and skill-based knowledge.
• The program culminates in August 2008 with an enjoyable and memorable graduation ceremony.
