Over the years, the Board of Directors has been requested to bring together our Alumni and offer continuing education on the valuable Leadership skills they learned through our program. This year, with the help of Kathy Johnson, Leadership San Benito County did just that with our first Alumni Series!

LSBC kicked off our Alumni Series with a luncheon opened to the community at San Juan Oaks. We were privileged to have Dr. Emmet Carson, President and CEO of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation as our guest speaker. Between our dynamic speaker and the large attendance of Alumni and Community Leaders, our luncheon was a huge success and paved the way to an amazing Alumni Series.

Although the Luncheon was opened to the community, the Alumni series was a benefit to those who participated and completed the Leadership Course. All Alumni was invited to participate and with the support, planning and knowledge of Kathy Johnson, it became reality!
With Kathy’s fun and exciting team building exercises, sense of humor, extensive knowledge in skill building and her amazing hand outs, our Alumni learned valuable skills in conflict resolution, becoming more effective communicators and working with new teams. Thank you Kathy for your time, knowledge and dedication to the Alumni of Leadership San Benito County!
